GH: Study: The reserves of precious metals may be hidden in the lunar soil

The reserves of precious metals can be hidden in the moon land

Toronto: According to a study conducted in relation to the presence of precious metal on the Earth and the Moon, the Earth’s only satellite may have hidden large reserves of precious metals in its womb. Professor James Brennan at the University of Dalhousie, Canada, says that we have been able to relate the sulfur found in the volcanic rocks on the moon to the hidden iron sulfate in the moon’s womb.

Brennan states that an examination of the metal deposits on earth suggests that iron sulfide is very important for the presence of valuable metals such as platinum and palladium. Scientists have long estimated that the moon was formed about 4.5 billion years ago from the size of a large planet-shaped sphere emanating from Earth.

Because of the similarity in the history of both, it is believed that the texture of both is also similar. The study published in “Nature Geoscience” details the study done on the moon. Brennan said, “Our results suggest that the presence of sulfur in the lunar rocks is an important indication of the presence of iron sulfide at its depth.” In our view, when lava formed, many precious metals were buried behind. ”
