Dr. Priyanka Shukla, MD, NHM took stock of Covid-19 Hospital and District Hospital E

Bijapur A 7-member expert team along with the management director of the National Health Mission, Dr. Priyanka Shukla reviewed the Covid-19 Hospital Bijapur and District Hospital in the district. He directed the officers to ensure all necessary facilities at the earliest. During this time, the said team inspected the special wards of District Hospital and Shayyukt Covid-19 Hospital and called it to be Shayyukt.

At the same time, after observing the arrangements of ICU, got information about facilities. Dr. Priyanka described the preparations as satisfactory. Collector KD Kunjam also gave information about complete facilities.

During this time, the expert team also directed to ensure necessary arrangements for medical experts and paramedical staff in Kovid-19 Hospital. At the same time, doctors asked to ensure the availability of prescribed gowns for nursing staff. Along with this, separate arrangements for entry and exit at Kovid-19 Hospital gave necessary guidelines to Dr. BR Pujari for adequate arrangement of lights, arrangement for safe disposal of biomedical waste, etc. Dr. Priyanka, along with a 7-member team, visited the building under construction in the district hospital, and made it according to the necessary facilities. The officers asked to take special care of this. During this time other medical officers including SDM Dr. Bhuarya were present.
