Lockdown relaxations: industrial installations to be allowed to function in staggered business hours

new Delhi. The Delhi government has given permission to open industries and all government and private offices in the national capital, relieving the corona virus lockdown. The Delhi government, while giving relief in the lockdown on Monday, said that industries have been allowed to open with the condition of working at different times.

According to the order issued by the Government of Delhi, the companies named with A to L will work from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Companies with names starting with M to Z will be allowed to operate from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.

To ensure office safety at work, all employers will have to ensure that their employees download the Arogya Setu app on their mobile phones based on better efforts.

The Delhi government has also said in its order that no person allowed by the government should be stopped or hindered in its work by the society.

The Delhi government has said that if any person violates the rules, strict action will be taken against them. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had announced the relaxation of the lockdown saying that all markets in the capital would be opened, but shops would open on an aud-even basis.

Apart from this, DTC buses with 20 passengers, cabs with two passengers and autos, rickshaws and e-rickshaws with one ride each are allowed in the capital. The Delhi Metro will remain closed till 31 May.
