9 more test positive in Assam total number of cases now 100

New cases in Aasam and Goa

new Delhi. There have been nine new cases of corona virus in Assam, taking the total infection cases to 100 here. The infected also include a nine-year-old child. State Health Minister Himant Biswa Sarma gave this information. He said that a child living in ward number three of Jorhat town has been found infected. He has returned from Delhi. He is undergoing treatment at Jorhat Medical College and Hospital. This child has become the youngest patient of Kovid-19 in the state. The infection was confirmed in three more minors besides this child. The Chief Minister said that in three new cases of infection, three cases belong to the separate center of Saruszai. Two of them returned from Mumbai and one returned from Bihar. A 28-year-old man who returned from Chennai on Saturday has also been found infected. He is also undergoing treatment at Jorhat Medical College and Hospital. The state is now undergoing treatment for 55 people infected with the corona virus. So far 41 patients have been cured of the infection, two patients have died and two patients have gone out of the state.

At the same time, the number of corona patients has started increasing once again in Goa, which has been free of infection. Four people who came to Goa from Mumbai have been found to be Kovid-19 infected and with this the number of infected in the state has now increased to 26. State Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said that in the investigation of 100 people who came from Mumbai-Goa train, four people were found infected. He said that the samples have been sent to the Virology Laboratory of Goa Medical College and Hospital to confirm the infection. With these four new cases, on Sunday, the cases of Kovid-19 increased to 13. Now 26 infected people are under treatment in the state. "All 26 patients have been admitted to Kovid-19 Special Hospital in Madgaon," said Rane. Was but recently there have been cases of corona virus again. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, however, claimed that there has not been a community spread of Kovid-19 in the state so far.
