Tata Motors announces raising Rs 1,000 crore through NCDs again

Tata Motors again plans to raise 1,000 rs crore via NCDs

new Delhi. Tata Motors said on Friday that it plans to raise Rs 1,000 crore through securities. Tata Motors in a regulatory notice told the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company is willing to offer a listed, secured, exchangeable, non-convertible debenture (NCD) with a rating of Rs 1,000 crore.

In this regard, Tata Motors will hold a meeting of its board of directors committee on 20 May 2020. Tata Motors said the said issue would be released on March 27 with the approval of the board.

Significantly, due to the depressed market conditions, last week Tata Motors decided to withdraw an NCD issue to raise Rs 1,000 crore.
