The Finance Minister will give details of the third installment of the economic package. Significantly, in the economic package of 20 lakh crore, 16.04 lakh crore announcements have been made so far and about 3.96 lakh crore rupees will be announced today.
It is being told that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman can make big announcements regarding aviation, tourism and hotel industry today. On Thursday, 9 major announcements were made at Sitharaman, 3 for migrant laborers and 2 for farmers. On Thursday (May 14), the Finance Minister announced the second installment of an economic package of Rs 20 lakh crore during the Corona crisis. In which many big relief announcements have been made for farmers, migrant laborers, street vendors, small traders and middle class. The central government announced Rs 3.16 lakh crore for migrant laborers, street vendors, self-employed and small farmers.
50 lakh street-dwellers will be able to take a loan of 10 thousand rupees
Finance Minister Sitharaman announced the help of 3500 crore for 8 crore migrant laborers. He said that for the next 2 months every laborer will get 5 kg of wheat or rice. People without ration card will also get ration. The Union Finance Minister said that now on-track shops in the country will be able to take a loan of Rs 10,000, this will benefit 50 lakh street vendors of the country.
Middle Income Group, whose annual income is between 6 lakh and 18 lakh rupees. For them, the benefit of credit link subsidy scheme for affordable housing has been extended till March 2021. Earlier this plan was ending in March 2020. Nirmala Sitharaman said that NABARD will finance an additional emergency fund of Rs 30,000 crore for the farmers. This amount will be given as a loan to the farmers immediately. Apart from this, cheap loan of 2 lakh crore rupees will also be given to 2.5 crore farmers of the country through Kisan Credit Card. Farmers who do not yet have a Kisan Credit Card, will also be able to take advantage of this by making a card.
