PNB HF signs pact with IIT Delhi

new Delhi. PNB Housing Finance has joined hands with the Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi (IIT-Delhi) to make personal protective equipment (PPE) kits for health workers. Under the agreement, PNB Housing Finance will cooperate in the research and development of specific prototype materials for the manufacture of a durable (washable and re-usable) PPE kit. PNB Housing Finance said that these PPE kits will be supplied to government hospitals.

PPE kits are essential for treating health workers engaged in the treatment of Kovid-19 patients to prevent themselves from getting infected. The lack of PPE kits has increased the risk of corona virus infection among physicians, nurses and other hospital personnel.
