Rupee Vs Dollar

new Delhi. The rupee has seen weakness against the dollar on Wednesday. At the end of trading, the rupee lost 9 paise to close at 75.72 per dollar. Due to the strengthening of the dollar against other currencies and the possibility of another trade war between the US and China, there has been pressure on the rupee.

Traders said the rupee depreciated due to the strengthening of the US dollar and continued withdrawal of foreign investors. The rupee opened weak at 75.77 per dollar in early trade. However, later it made up for some of the losses. It finally ended at 75.72 per dollar with a loss of 9 paise. The rupee had closed at 75.63 per dollar on Tuesday.
