new Delhi. Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar said on Thursday that the impact of Kovid-19 on the whole world is beyond our imagination. According to current estimates, the global economy is estimated to suffer from $ 5.8 trillion to $ 8.8 trillion due to the epidemic. It is 6.5 to 9.7 percent of global GDP. He said that the global economy is predicted to decline and that it will certainly be the biggest decline since the economic downturn.

Addressing the 6th round table meeting of the ASEAN-India think tank, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that the whole world is currently facing an unprecedented challenge. None of us has ever faced such a crisis before. Even after several months, no concrete solution has yet been found to this crisis. The future ahead is still unclear.

Jaishankar said that one thing has become clear from this epidemic that we should not allow such a crisis in the world again. This means that we need new thinking, new ideas, better imagination and more openness while breaking our old tradition.
