Realme to increase India headcount to 10,000 by year-end

new Delhi. Smartphone manufacturer Reality will increase the number of employees to 10,000 by the end of the year. Giving information about his future plans, Realme India CEO Madhav Seth said that we are continuously increasing our domestic capacity. Our plan is to increase our workforce to 10 thousand by the end of the year. Along with this, we are encouraging our suppliers and partners to open their plants in India and cooperate in boosting the country's economy. Along with this, the company has also set a target of selling 30 million smartphones and 8 million artificial intelligence based devices in the year 2020.

He said that from the perspective of the consumers, it can be said that in 2020, there may be more sales of budget phones than in 2019. Because people currently have less money to spend. This will impact mid-range phones the most. While Reality has registered a growth of 119 per cent in the first quarter of 2020, the company expects to achieve 100 per cent growth worldwide during this year. It is estimated that entry level phones between 7 and 10 thousand and mid range level phones between 10 and 15 thousand in India will see further growth and they can hold 60 to 65 percent share in the Indian smartphone market.
