Facebook launches its new TikTok clone Instagram reels

New York. Facebook has introduced a new feature on its Instagram platform called Reels, it is like TicTalk. Through this, users will be able to share short videos of 15 seconds on their Instagram account. Significantly, due to the anti-China perception, TickTock is being opposed worldwide.

Countries like India have also banned TicketLock for data security. In such a situation, the offer of reels will help Facebook to hold its own. Earlier, the company introduced the Story feature on Instagram itself in competition with Snapchat, which was later put on Facebook and WhatsApp. In the story feature, users can put a photo or video for 24 hours. After that she disappears automatically.

The company's chief executive, Mark Zuckerberg, faced tough questions during his appearance in the US parliament on July 29, after cloning the feature of his rival companies. Reels can be shared on Instagram under the Video Story feature as well as the Reels section on the page. The company has already introduced the Reels feature in markets such as India and Brazil. Now the company is going to start in 50 countries including India, Brazil, America, Germany, France, Japan, Australia and more.

At the same time, Microsoft is in talks to buy a stake in Tittock. The company is forced to sell its stake after US President Donald Trump warned of a ban on China-owned video apps. The company alone has about 100 million users in the US.
