4G data speed ranking for june

new Delhi. In June this year, Reliance Jio has been number one in terms of 4G download speed, while Vodafone and Idea have outperformed in terms of data upload. Jio topped the download with an average speed of 16.5 megabits per second (Mbps). Vodafone and Idea ranked first in terms of upload speed. This information has been obtained from the data of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). According to data published on TRAI's MySpeed portal, Idea was ranked after Jio with eight Mbps in terms of download speed during the month of June. This was followed by Vodafone and Airtel with 7.5 Mbps and 7.2 Mbps respectively. Vodafone and Idea both jointly topped 6.2 Mbps in terms of upload speed. The upload speed of both Jio and Airtel was 3.4 Mbps. Download speed helps in viewing messages, pictures, videos etc. sent by others, while upload speed helps in sending messages, pictures etc. Vodafone and Idea have merged their mobile businesses, but due to the lack of complete integration of the business, both provide different 4G speed details.

Data speeds of telecom companies have improved in June after falling to lower levels in March-April. During the lockdown period, Jio's download speed was reduced to 13.3 Mbps. Similarly, Vodafone's speed came down to 5.6 Mbps, Airtel's 5.5 Mbps and Idea's 5.1 Mbps.
