Bargain on WhatsApp and a man buys Rs 45 crore island

Man buys private island worth Rs 47,366 crore after negotiating deal on WhatsApp

Due to the fear of Corona, people are changing the way of shopping, though a recent property deal has taken this change to a new level. In fact, a person bought a private island for 63 million dollars, i.e. about 45 crore rupees, that too with the help of only one video tour. According to the news, only WhatsApp's message was used in the entire deal. This person saw the island and its property named Horse Island only in the video and evaluated the deal on the basis of that.

According to the news, it is not known who bought the island, although there is so much information that this person is a European. The island is spread over 157 acres and is located to the southwest of the Irish mainland. The island has 3 beaches, 7 houses, tennis courts and a special 'Shipwreck Play House' along with the whole island is full of natural views. At one time there were copper mines, though the island became empty after 1960, which was later developed by a real estate company.

With the outbreak of the Corona crisis, super rich around the world are looking for properties that are not only out of the population but also developed to suit their needs. For this reason, the demand for such an island is once again in trend. According to the real estate company, islands naturally keep people apart from others. At the same time, these islands are a great source of tourism, holidays and investment even in normal days, so the super rich are not taking much time to buy them now.
