Noida. CAT, a small traders' organization, on Monday announced the celebration of Raksha Bandhan this year as the 'Hindustani Rakhi'. It claims that it will cause a loss of Rs 4,000 crore to China. At the same time, he will also send 5,000 Rakhis for the Indian troops deployed along the border.

The Confederation of All India Traders (CAT) said in a statement, "On August 3 this year, it has been decided to celebrate Raksha Bandhan festival across the country as the 'Hindustani Rakhi festival'. This time neither a rakhi or a rakhi made from China will be used. At the same time, to encourage the soldiers engaged in protecting the borders of the country, the women wing of CAT will give 5000 ashes to the Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, which she can reach them. Apart from this, women members of CAT will also tie rakhi to the soldiers recruited in army hospitals in each city of the country and to the policemen deployed in various cities to protect the people. "

CAT claims that more than 40,000 merchant organizations and its seven crore members are associated with it across the country. To boycott Chinese goods, CAT has launched a campaign 'Indian goods our pride' across the country. Kat said that according to an estimate, about 6 thousand crore rupees are traded every year. China's share in this alone is about 4 thousand crores.

Sushil Kumar Jain, coordinator of CAT's Delhi-NCR unit, said that on the occasion of Rakhi, where the ash made from China comes. On the other hand, rakhi-making materials like foam, paper foil, rakhi thread, pearls, drops, decorative rakhi items etc. are imported from China.

Due to CAT's campaign of boycott of Chinese goods, no Chinese goods will be in use in Rakhi this year, due to which China is set to lose business of about 4 thousand crore rupees. CAT has sent information about it to its units and members in all states and has asked them to prepare for it.
