After India, Chinese apps including TikTok will be banned in US, Foreign Minister Mike Pompeo signs

United States is looking at banning Chinese apps, including TikTok

Washington After the government of India banned 59 Chinese apps, including TicketLock, action has been started against China in countries around the world. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tweeted on Tuesday that the US government is also considering a ban on other Chinese apps, including the popular TicketLock.

It is noteworthy that in the past, Australia has also spoken of banning many Chinese apps including TicTock. Ticketcock has millions of users worldwide. Ticketcock had 200 million users in India alone. All 59 Chinese apps, including Tittock, have ceased operations in India. Due to this, the loss of thousands of crores of rupees is being expected to these companies.

Tiktok may be banned even in Australia

There is also talk of banning social media app TickTalk in Australia. The Australian government believes that Chinese social media apps such as TickTock are a threat to national security and users share data with China. Ticketcock has 1.6 million users in Australia.

Australia believes that Tiktok, owned by China's Bytdans, is collecting data from the people of Australia and all information is being stored in a server in China, posing a major threat to national security for Australia.

America will adopt second path against China

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the US would now have to deal with China differently because the old policy of providing them with economic opportunities in the hope of getting more political freedom did not work. Pompeo said in an interview to Tony Perkens in the Washington Watch that the theory that providing more economic opportunities would give more political freedom and more fundamental rights to the people of China was not vindicated. it did not work. I am not criticizing the old rulers, we can clearly see that it did not succeed and it means that America will have to adopt another path.

He said that President Donald Trump has clearly led the way. Pompeo said he is the first president to do so and is not partisan. Prior to that, all Republican and Democrat presidents gave China the opportunity to establish trade relations with the US, which the middle class, working people across America had to lose by losing jobs. He said that now we can see that it has not only caused economic loss to America but also people are not treated properly even within China.
