Mylan said the company's 100-mg vial of Remedicivir has been allowed to be used for limited treatment of Covid-19 in the country. This drug can be used on hospitalized adults and children who have severe symptoms of corona virus. According to the statement, it will be launched in India under the brand name 'Desire'. It will be available in the Indian market in July. It will cost Rs 4,800 per bottle, which is more than 80 percent cheaper than its branded version. Its branded version is available to the government of developed countries.
