new Delhi. Bharti Airtel on Monday announced the launch of a special 'Priority 4G network' for its 'Platinum' mobile customers. The company said in a statement that Airtel has installed advanced technology, giving preference to its platinum mobile customers over the network. With this, all these customers will get better and faster 4G-service on smartphones and other devices.

As a part of the Airtel Thanksgiving program (Thanks program) all postpaid mobile customers on the plan of Rs 499 and above are included in Platinum Customer and can enjoy exclusive benefits including a customized Platinum UI on the Airtel Thanks App Huh.

Apart from this, Airtel Platinum customers get red carpet customer service at call centers and retail stores. That is, they are specially taken care of at call centers or retail stores. All Airtel call centers and retail stores have dedicated employees for Platinum customers, who prioritize them, thereby not having to wait much and saving their time.

Bharti Airtel CMO Shashwat Sharma said, It has been our endeavor to provide our Platinum Mobile customers a different and exclusive service experience as a part of the Airtel Thanks program. Existing Airtel and non-Airtel customers can upgrade to the Airtel postpaid plan starting at 499 to take advantage of 'Priority 4G-Network'.
