new Delhi. The Goods and Services (GST) tax, implemented on 1 July 2017 to realize the concept of one nation, one tax and one market, has completed three years. During these three years, GST has enhanced the ease of doing business in the country in many ways. But still the return filing needs to be made easier. The same number of tax rates also needs to be reduced.
The historic GST regime was implemented on 1 July 2017 with the objective of eliminating a lot of central and state taxes. This has brought about a lot of change in India's indirect tax regime.
