JLL India said in a statement that the properties of all 24 cities will be showcased on this platform and help in buying, selling and resale.
RoofandFloor is a technology driven online marketplace for home buyers in India. The statement said that through this partnership the goal of both companies is to make the buying experience easier for home buyers. Both companies will provide services such as project discovery, shortlisting, site visits, bargaining and booking.
This partnership brings together JLL's long-term relationships with top developers in the country and RoofEndFlor's technology-driven online marketplace. JLL India is a leading real estate consultancy firm and had a total turnover of Rs 4,000 crore in the last financial year.
