new Delhi. Smartphone manufacturer Realme India has set a target of selling 30 million smartphones and 8 million AIOT devices in the next six months after the corona virus lockdown. The company's chief executive officer Madhav Seth has said that the company has set a target of selling 30 million smartphones and 8 million Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIOT) for the rest of the year. According to Madhav Seth, there is a demand for most mid-range and budget smartphones at this time and the company has a strong hold in this price segment.
Seth said that some of our best products such as Realme 6 Series and Narjo Series are part of the bracket and we believe that we can grow faster than the rest of the other brands. He admitted that the lockdown had affected smartphone sales and demand. Seth is the CEO of Reality India as well as its Vice President. He said that but also cannot deny the fact that smartphones have become more necessary for people now. Some consumers may delay purchases due to a decrease in their income, but we are optimistic that things will be correct again by the time the festive sale starts.
He said that with Reality X, the company has introduced the first mid-range pop-up camera in the segment. Seth said that with Reality XT, we have given India's first 64 megapixel ultra-high resolution quad-camera smartphone. Seth told that both these devices have been rated 4.5 on Flipkart by our fans. He also expressed optimism about the company being a tech trendsetter smartphone brand in India.
Seth said that this is the reason why we have adopted our new 1 plus 4 plus N strategy. Through this strategy, we want to move beyond smartphones and also explore huge AIOT opportunities in the country.
